Both holiday homes are been recently renovated and offers a relaxing, peaceful and comfortable base for your holiday in the lovely Dordogne. Both properties accommodate up to 5 people. The Gite offers one double, one twin and an extra sofa bed on a galleried mezannine area. The Cottage offers two double bedrooms and a single room. Both properities have been renovated to a high standard yet retain their unique character with large open fireplaces, many original oak beams and have the regions charming local stone walls. Each properties has a fully fitted and equipped fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine etc. Both have their own private BBQ areas overlooking the grounds and swimming pool. The swimming pool is child safety fenced and the grounds - around 5000 sq mtrs are all enclosed. The local area is well placed for walking, fishing, golf, cycling, canoeing and also swimming in the local freshwater lakes. The little hamlet offers a quiet retreat, yet it is near enough to allow you to explore the many famous, historical and interesting areas within the region. Wonderful freshly baked bread, croissants and patisseries together with other shops are just a few minutes away. There are many weekly local markets selling fresh local produce. Daily flights by low cost airlines fly to a number of airports. If driving to the holiday home, it takes approximately 7 hours by car depending upon stops etc.
