The location for this apartment is fantastic!! The beach is just 100 metres away and the atmosphere is lively and \"local\". Port Vell is also very close by (5 minutes walking) as is the Picasso Museum, the Gothic Quarter..the world-famous Rambla just a 10 minutes walk too. As for the apartment it is almost new, recently refurbished, and so far extremely popular with our guests for itīs smart decoration and all-round comfort. Itīs the perfect place to stay for a relaxing break with your partner or with the family with space and utilities for up to four guests. Itīs a ground-floor apartment with approximately 35m2 of living space, all exterior. There is one cosy double bedroom with twin beds, a large wardobe area, shelves and bedside tables. If you are a party of four people, there is also a comfortable double sofa-bed in the lounge. The living area is bright and open plan, and has a 20\" TV with cable channels and a DVD player, a dining table and chairs. The brand new kitchen is well equipped with a washing-machine, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The Mediterranean style bathroom comes complete with shower.
