Town Tourist InformationBenalmadena benefits from a 9 km stretch of attractive beaches and all the sporting and leisure facillities of a busy resort town. The town has a very attractive promenade with seafront restaurants and shops. A major attraction is the Castillo de Bil-Bil, an neo-Arab construction built in 1934. As well as a visitor attraction and wonderful viewing platform out over the Med, it's used by the Town Hall as an exhibition centre and a venue for various concerts and cultural events. The marina is man-made, created using artificial islands and has its own special ambience. The three watchtowers make an attractive feature as you walk around the Benalmadena area.
